We can offer a nationwide posterboard rental service that can include installation &and dismantling if required. With over 25 years experience in the business and over 2500 boards of different sizes in stock, we can fulfill most requirements.
No job is too small for us.. about a third of all our jobs are for under 20 posterboards, so if you only need a few boards still give us a call!

Most boards are 6' high x 3' wide (portrait). Sometimes to accomodate large A0 plans they are assembled in a landscape format, 3' high x 6' wide.
A 12" header panel can be added onto either configuration to allow nameboards / numberboards to be added or lights attached.
* Spotlights are available to fix above each panel.
If you are unsure how many boards can be fitted into your allocated space, we can offer a floorplan preperation service. We will visit your venue, take all the appropriate measurements and prepare a scale plan for you to use or which can then be distributed to others as you choose
We have our own stock of posterboards delivered in our own vehicles by our full time staff.
If you have a last minute order we'll deliver!
If you are organising a complete event, then you would be entitled to a discount on the conference set / backdrop and any exhibition stands you ordered.
If you decide to place your business with us, please remember:-
We do not ask for deposits
We do not make any charge if your event is cancelled
You can change the number of boards you require up until the day before our departure
We can deliver and install posterboards anywhere in the mainland UK. We can also go to Europe at our clients request.
We regularly deliver to many of our Universities, colleges & exhibition / conference venues. Our team will either deliver to your chosen drop off point or install the equipment for you
